*Fellow craft beer enthusiasts!*
Last summer everyone was drinking us out of house and home and with this summer fast approaching, we would like to remind our visitors that our tap list is subject to change periodically based on availability. If you have any questions about what is coming down the line or what we currently have on tap, please feel free to give us a call! We are actively planning our expansion for a production facility, but until we get it online, we ask that you be patient with us and the beers that we have available on any given day.
See you in the taproom!

Jacob's Farmhouse Ale
Traditional Northern France Farmhouse Ale consists of a pleasing amount of Srisselspalts hops from the Alsace area of France to give grassy, citrus and herbal notes in the aroma. The yeast esters give hints of banana and faint clove formulating an easy drinking "Old World" European style ale.
Style: French Farmhouse Ale
Nicolet Rye IPA
Happy, refreshing and pleasant, this Rye IPA has a nice balance of malty rye and Galaxy, Chinook and Mosaic hops.

This cream ale was intentionally brewed to have a slight golden/straw haze triplicate the Mackinaw sunrise that occurred while brewing. The subtle honeydew/melon flavors compliment the bready/corn overtones with a hint of sweetness. Malt forward, melon, corn, medium carbonation, light body and mouthfeel.
Style: Cream Ale
