20 Fathoms

Sweet, medium-high roast but not harsh. medium prunes, bittersweet cacao, medium bitterness. medium-light toffee. No hops. medium-dry finish with lingering sweet coffee and light bitterness. rich mouthfeel.

Style: Sweet Stout (Nitro)
ABV: 5.8%
IBUs: 10

Accidental Tourist

Medium to high malt flavor with a toasty, toffee-like or caramel sweetness. Malt flavors and complexity tend to increase as beer color darkens. Low to moderate esters and alcohol flavors. Medium-low hop bitterness but the balance is always tilted toward the malt. The malt flavor lasts into the finish but the finish is medium-dry to dry, never cloying. Alcohol can provide some additional dryness in the finish. Low to no hop flavor.

Poe Reef

Moderate hop flavor with characteristics typical of American or New World hop varieties (citrus, floral, pine, resinous, spicy, tropical fruit, stone fruit, berry, or melon).  Strong initial malty sweetness followed by a moderate caramel flavor Malt and hop bitterness are balanced and mutually supportive. some fruit esters. Caramel sweetness and hop flavor/bitterness can linger somewhat into the full finish.

Paquet Pale

Copper/mild haze, fresh citrus and pine hop flavors, hop forward, strong malt finish.

Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.3%

Vacationland

Golden/straw in color, malt forward, citrus, peppercorn, medium carbonation, light body and mouthfeel.

Style: Cream Ale
ABV: 4.5%
IBUs: 20

Waugoshance Wheat

Complex wheat/barley/hop balance, Brewed with fresh blue spruce tips, amarillo hops which can be spicy/ earthy. medium body. crisp finish.

Style: American Pale Wheat
ABV: 6%

The Yugo

Light body, crisp, malt forward, slight german hop characteristics, refreshing finish.

Style: Kolsch Style Ale
