All sales are final. Returns can be processed for a store credit (merchandise only) or an exchange of an equal or lesser value (merchandise only). Returns or exchanges without proof of purchase are not accepted.
If you would like to return an item because you want a different color, different size, etcetera, we will refund you for a store credit (merchandise only) or an exchange so long as you give us proof of purchase and the return process has begun within 7 days of receiving the order and it is in perfect condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
If you have an item that is damaged, send a picture and proof of purchase to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If it is deemed damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping you a new item and the cost of you shipping the damaged item back. If we do not have the same item in stock, we will contact you about a store credit or an exchange.
We are currently only shipping within the US. Everything shipped from our facility will go First Class US Mail. As the orders are received, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
