Who Are Tim & Lindsay Ellis?
Tim and Lindsay have been together for 14 years. They own Bridge FM for eight years. Moreover, they are a husband-and-wife team who love social life and good times.Tim has worked in radio for 30 years. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts. Lindsay moved from Georgia to Michigan 15 years ago. She entered radio after reaching out to Tim for a client commercial. The rest is history!Additionally, they are proud parents of four fur-babies: three dogs (including October and Marquis, RIP) and one cat, Benny.
Their Journey with Bridge FM
In 2018, they won “Best of the Best” from Chippewa County listeners. Then, in 2021, they earned “Business of the Year” from the Sault Area Chamber of Commerce. Because they used radio’s power during the pandemic, they brought the community together when people couldn’t gather.In 2024, they acquired 94.5 in Mackinaw City. Now, Bridge FM covers over 200 miles of Northern Michigan roads with classic hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
