Dr. Pichla’s Impressive Journey
Dr. Pichla has a lifelong passion for innovation. First, he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s from Central Michigan University in Public Administration. Then, he completed his Ph.D. from Capella University in Business & Management.Moreover, he previously led as Executive Director of Thumb Area Michigan Works! There, he drove workforce development, business growth, and strategic partnerships across mid-Michigan.Because of this experience, he founded Inspiring Innovations, Inc. Now, he consults with businesses, schools, and communities.
His Expertise in Innovation and Leadership
Dr. Pichla shares unique approaches to entrepreneurship and customer service. For example, he helps organizations solve problems creatively. Additionally, he focuses on these key areas:
