Dean Witse – Chemist, Brewer & Owner of Enviro Lab Services – The Importance of Water & the Environmental Contaminates of Today including PFAS

Dean Wiltse, a Chemist and Founder of Wiltse’s Brew Pub, enviro-BRITE Solutions and Enviro Lab Services, recognized the need for better performing chemistries that incorporated newer, innovative and environmentally friendly chemistries. In 2008 Dean, along with Chemist Thomas York, began developing and testing new formulas to replace and improve upon  what was currently available. Fortunately for Dean and Thomas, the major chemical producers like BASF, DOW, Stepan and others were looking to work with formulators that were embracing the new environmental chemistries that were evolving. We understood that the environment was most important but the environmentally friendly formulas had to work better than what we were replacing. Every new enviro-BRITE formula had to pass extensive testing for performance and stability. Since our inception, enviro-BRITE Solutions has forged over 600 cleaning partnerships across Michigan and beyond.

Dean has become a wonderful friend and great mentor to the Biere de Mac Brew Team and we are honored that he accepted our invitation to come and speak for one of our Taptalks.
