STEEL & WOOD http://www.steelandwoodbluegrass.com is a Bluegrass band based from Petoskey, Michigan. Offering heartfelt, traditional music with roots emanating from Southern Appalachia and harkening back to American railroad culture.  Their repertoire spans the works of Bill Monroe, Ralph Stanley, Jim and Jesse McReynolds and many others, plus a sampling of original tunes,  classic country and folk/rock selections.

​STEEL & WOOD members include John A. Neiswander – lead guitar, Irene Kazmers -fiddle/guitar, Dave Eggebrecht – mandolin/fiddle, Paul Bachleda –  banjo, and Kathy Tuinoff – upright bass.
