BDM Brut IPA
A relatively new style to the beer industry that is the west coast’s response to the “New England IPA. It is on the exact opposite side of the spectrum, being extremely dry. It is a light beer, with a huge pink grapefruit citrusy aroma and a bone dry finish. In essence, a beer that drinks like a light beer but has all the flavor and aroma of a well crafted IPA
